Aluminum Cable Chain / Plastic Cable Chain / Bridge Type Cable Chain

This particular type of cable chain is made from nylon and aluminum, with a cross bar made from aluminum or stainless steel. The crossbar length is customizable, in order to provide more space and convenience for the customer.

Application
With a CL cable chain, energy can be transported safely to a height of over 800m (such as a crane) or a transmission system. It works to reduce abrasion between cables and tubes.

Separators
Vertical separators are used for vertical subdivides inside the space of the cable chain. Separators can be assembled based on customer needs, fixed by every pitch or every two pitches, or more. When separators are fixed between the upper and lower crossbar, it can move freely for different sized cables to fit.

CL Size Parameters
The selection of the right CL cable chain depends on the load arrangement. Generally, the inner height and inner width of the cable chain should be EACH 1.5 times the maximum height and maximum width of the load arrangement.
