Cable chains, also known as drag chains, are specially designed to protect and guide flexible cables or hydraulic and pneumatic hoses connected to moving automated machines and equipment. The use of a plastic cable chain reduces wear and stress on cables and hoses, ensuring excellent protection and improving operator safety. They are often used in indoor and outdoor cranes as well as compost fields and other applications.

The use of 4 limit blocks and a lock catch have given the economic plastic cable chain system with a high strength and large load bearing capacity.
To make wire installation more convenient, the cross bar of the ZF/ZQ cable chain should be quickly opened on either the interior or exterior. Parts of the cross bars prevent dust and debris from coming into contact with the loads.
The spacer used in this economic cable chain is a vertical type, with the amount depending on client requirements. Once assembled, the spacer cannot be moved. When there are different loads used, such as hydraulic pipes, water pipes, gas pipes, oil pipes and cables, or loads that are the same, but with a large quantity, we highly recommend using a spacer.

Depending on the raw materials used (we use PA66 for aesthetic purposes, the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and UL V2 flammability rating), the machine's performance is exceedingly high and monitored under strict quality control, ensuring outstanding properties for the machine.

The economical cable chain is suited best for applications where a low noise, high speed and/or acceleration, and a large abrasion resistance are needed. It is not suited for applications with over loading and quick assembly or disassembly.

The ZF series practical cable chain can be assembled into an S-shaped cable chain (ZQ series limited). The cross bars can be opened inward or outward along the radius, and feature a flammability class of UL V2. A separate mounting bracket with a tie wrap plate on both sides gives the chain a great design, and a dust resistant, corrosion resistant, abrasion resistant, and gliding application.
For longer unsupported lengths, the chain should be assembled in the S shaped chain (only for the ZQ series chain).
